Manici Çiftlik is Turkey's first fully sustainable and eco-friendly farm project. It offers a wide range of services, from accommodation units to production areas, as well as restaurants, bars, and relaxation facilities. Manici Çiftlik holds significant importance not only aesthetically but also environmentally.
The structures here are designed using eco-friendly materials to maintain ecological balance. The accommodation area consists of 17 detached units that blend modern comfort with the surrounding geography. Each villa supports an eco-friendly lifestyle with sustainable energy systems, featuring spacious and airy living areas along with private terraces that provide guests with a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. This design philosophy aims to meet the requirements of modern living in harmony with nature.
The adobe used in the construction of Manici Çiftlik offers both aesthetic and functional advantages as a natural material. Adobe provides natural thermal insulation and regulates the temperature inside the spaces. Similarly, the furniture made from recycled juniper wood and old objects supports a nature-compatible design in the interior architecture. By adopting upcycle and recycle principles, the project aims to reinforce the farm's sustainability approach for years to come.
The thatched roofs made from reeds and rushes can be seen as a modern interpretation of traditional building techniques. These roofs not only harmonise the structures with their surroundings but also enhance energy efficiency, helping to maintain ecological balance. The units are positioned to not only blend with the physical environment but also to resonate with the geography. The buildings are designed to be part of the natural environment without causing harm to it.
