The project site features a building that has been abandoned and in ruins for over ten years. The condition of the existing structure has been preserved during the design process, with necessary revisions made to the outdoor areas. This wrecked building, which carries traces of traditional village architecture, provides a historical context for the project.
The interior layout has been comprehensively reworked to achieve the desired arrangement. Partition walls have been revised to meet functional needs, while the building's supporting systems have been preserved and reinforced where necessary. Access is provided from the basement to the kitchen and from the ground floor to the main building. The recreational areas, seating arrangements, and landscaping around the pool have been designed to ensure maximum efficiency in circulation.
The building consists of three floors and includes eight bedrooms with a fish pond and gardening space connected to the kitchen. Additionally, a recreational area and pool located in a separate part of the site complement the project's functional spaces. The total area of the building is 1,885 square meters. The architectural approach of this project aims to combine the historical fabric of the existing structure and traditional village architecture with modern functionality, creating an aesthetically pleasing and functional living space.
