This private house project located in Erecek village is registered on a 619 m² plot. The site features a wrecked building and abundant rock formations, with single-story village houses prominent on the southwestern facade. The terrain is characterised by a mountainous topography with a 15-meter slope.
During the project's development, the slopes were referenced to create a tiered design suitable for the land, while also ensuring the preservation of the village's traditional residential architecture.
The design aims to incorporate stone, brick, and wood materials, which are prominent in the local architecture. In addition to a spacious and functional 80 square meter living area, the project includes six bedrooms. The interior, with its wide and bright rooms, enhances daily living by providing comfort and enjoyment. One of the standout features of the project is the multi-level garden areas, created by terracing in the garden. This arrangement maximises outdoor living, offering users a unique garden experience at each level. Furthermore, the villa's expansive terrace provides an ideal space to enjoy the outdoors at any time of day. The harmonious design of the garden and terrace creates a relaxing retreat while also optimising the environment for social gatherings.
