The Kocadağ project is situated on a sloped site of 269,344 m². The terrain is challenging, with inclines reaching up to 180 meters in certain areas.
Surrounded by vineyards, each structure within this residential project is equipped with private gardens, pools, and social facilities. The spatial organization in the plans is specifically oriented toward the view and designed to maintain a direct connection with the outdoor landscape. To avoid the need for tall retaining walls when positioning the buildings on this steep site, the area has been terraced and integrated into nature using various landscape elements such as olive trees and cypress trees.
In addition to residential spaces, the project includes three plazas designed to meet recreational, social, and commercial needs, featuring green areas, walking paths, and activity zones.
The entrance plaza contains commercial areas such as markets, restaurants, and workshops, serving both residents and visitors. The second plaza, alongside hotel and accommodation units, includes a restaurant offering a wide panoramic view. The third plaza, known as the Art Plaza, hosts artist studios and a restaurant, in addition to residential and commercial units.
