The Ark 132 project, which carries the traces of the village architecture of the Assos region, consists of a total of 15 units. Each structure, built with local stone materials, aims to combine the comfort of modern living with glass greenhouses, offering a unique blend of aesthetics and functionality.
The use of glass greenhouses in the project allows an abundance of natural light to fill the interiors and brings the green landscape into the built masses. This reduces the need for artificial lighting throughout the day, enhances energy efficiency, and creates brighter, more vibrant interiors. By integrating the natural landscape with the interior spaces, the glass structures enable residents to maintain a continuous connection with their surroundings. This design decision goes beyond aesthetics, contributing to the promotion of a sustainable lifestyle in harmony with nature.
Each unit is equipped with its own garden and pool area. The functional arrangement of vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and plants in these gardens supports sustainable living principles and strengthens ecological balance. The management of these natural spaces reinforces the project’s environmental responsibility, ensuring both aesthetic and functional unity.
